Ingredients
- ¾ oz coconut rum
- ¾ oz crème de bananes
- ¾ oz melon liqueur
- ¾ oz pineapple juice
- 2 oz whipped cream
- Pineapple wedge and extra whipped cream, for garnish
- Ice
Method
- 01
Shake: Fill a shaker with ice. Add coconut rum, crème de bananes, melon liqueur, pineapple juice, and whipped cream. Shake hard until cold and frothy.

Serve: Strain over ice in a rocks glass. Top with a little whipped cream and a pineapple wedge.
